Hey, sorry for the delay! My KO2's have been great. Absolutely no rubbing (I do have aftermarket BDS intrusion beams). I have ran a few of these tires on different rigs and I am a fan.
I will probably go bigger on the next set, but that will involve new wheels with different offset or a spacer.
I leave it on, but I have seen better implementations. My girlfriend test drove a Honda a while back that had actual cameras mounted in the side mirror housings. When you hit the blinker the camera would come on so you could actually see the blind spot area. Neat idea, but they should have put...
Sorry, bit of a resurrection on this thread...
Here is an install video for the Rhinorack Backbone and Pioneer Rack on a Ranger. Anyone done this? I may go this route eventually (too many other things I need to get first...)

Awesome, thank you. You are just leveled, correct - no other lift? Any rubbing?
I really like the stance of your truck with the 285's. I am running 275/65/18's right now and want to get a bit more of a "meaty" look, which will mean swapping wheels. Love the Shoks, and think that they will look...
I grew up in the Mark Twain National Forest near Lesterville. Moved back to MO after retiring from the military and am now living near Kirkwood. 2019 Lariat FX4, love this truck!
Great looking truck! I also have a black FX4, love the way they shine. Are you still running 33x12.5x17's? I saw in your thread that you removed the crash bars due to some rubbing.
I currently have a leveling kit, fabtech crash bars, and am running 275/65/R18 KO2's on the stock rims. The Eibach...
Nice looking topper. This would be a great idea for hauling my doggo's too. And keep the hair out of the cab!
Would you mind posting a photo or three when you get the chance of the softopper in the stored position? I'd like to see how it fits on the truck and how much it covers the rear glass...
I bought off the lot (they had exactly the packages and color I wanted) so I've got the dealer installed drop in liner. I plan on leaving this in place until I can have Line-X installed. But that's down the list of things I want to do...
No lift or level yet...BUT...I am veerrrrry close to the front intrusion beams at full lock. A good stroke to the suspension during a hard turn and I am pretty sure it would rub.
Also, I had the dealer swap the tires on my trade in. They have about 10,000 miles on them (maybe) so they are not...
I really like the ride- feels planted and stable without being harsh. I have not noticed any power loss running these tires the last few days.
I will say again, though...I am not running this truck hard and being careful where I take it until my Fabtech intrusion beams arrive. Should be here...
I bought the FabTech modified crash bars: https://fabtechmotorsports.com/product/offset-intrusion-beam-kit-fts22296/
They are pricey but I'd rather have them installed than have nothing at all. That and the mild (2.5") leveling kit should complete the look I want. That is until I decide to make...
Check out my posts (#5 and #10) in the following thread:https://www.ranger5g.com/forum/threads/275-65-18-ko2-fitment.4021/
I've got a set of BFG's (275/65R18) on my otherwise stock rig right now. The clearance in the front, by the intrusion beams, is verrrry tight but I have so far had no...
Current set up of the truck- SuperCrew Lariat FX4 with Sport and Tow packages. Here is a pic of the BFG's (275/65R18), along with shots of the VERY tight front crash bar clearance and the spindle clearance. I have a solid 1/2 inch clearance on the spindle....wish I had that on the front...
