I guess I'm not sure what Q1 20 is supposed to mean. The OTA update that was rolled out a couple of months ago is NA 2 20.

You should be able to download map updates OTA now. It takes forever due to the qty of files and file sizes.

connect to wifi, scan for updates and the map update was downloaded. For me, map updates only became available OTA on any of my vehicles once Sync 3 was updated to v3.4 Build 21020.

I believe UofMEngineer stated it is NA 2 20, just now available for download to a USB flash drive in lieu of an OTA download, not a new map version.

Does anyone know if this is a new map update or merely the same NA 2 20 version that was downloaded OTA for the last 2 months? I don't believe it is a new map update.

I updated my 2019 F150 and Ranger the day the 21194 update became available. Never received an XML file for either vehicle and scanned for updates. All software is up to date. Neither Oasis nor Ford Owner recognizes the update has been installed even though both were successful.

Great Information, thank you !! I didn't receive the xml file for either of my installs this morning. What's more, I manually scanned for updates which usually forces the update to be recognized by Oasis, but Oasis and Ford Owner still reflect I have the old software even though both installs...

Question for UofMEngineer... What is the 14G391 file for? Prior to updating to Build 21194 that file was 5U5T-14G391-CN. After updating to Build 21194 that file is now 5U5T-14G391-CP. What was updated?

Has been released and is available for download on the Ford Owner website. This update addresses the Sirius XM and Travel Link issue. The total time to install the update was 23 minutes.

Is that an updated Nav version or just a voice package?

Good deal !! Looks like my source at the big blue oval was correct about an update being released before the EOM. Still not available for my 2019 Ranger XLT or 2019 F150 Platinum. I'm sure it will be available in the next few days.

You are absolutely correct !! Looks like Ford has released Build 21194 for the Explorer platform. I randomly picked a 2021 Explorer XLT wo/Nav VIN # and added it to my Ford Owner account and shows this update is now available for download. Not sure when it will be released for our Rangers but...

So I am assuming the information is correct. I guess we will find out.
