Installed the new to us factory running boards. Originally we didn’t want them so didn’t order them but makes it hard to clean the roof without them.

I went with the Xact versions but they fit perfectly. Part numbers 54701 front and 54711 for rears not that it’s much help for you. Hopefully you just got the wrong item in the correct package.

Believe it is the heater /defrost wire.

For those that had issues with their 2020 connecting. I see X.30 version is now out. That’s what they had sent me to test initially and can confirm working.

I get X plan as my one company was relatively large and the company that bought us after that is too. They both buy a lot of vehicles. JCI who I worked for before made batteries and car interiors too.
