Sand it with 180 for prep. Clean it with a wax and grease remover first. Prime any bare metal areas. Acid #8 in Upol would work.

It should be a rattle can. It has a red button on the lid. You take it off the lid and put it on the bottom, then smack it down on a hard surface. That will pierce the membrane and you can shake it up for a couple of minutes. Test it on some cardboard to see what you want for a pattern...

By the time you buy all the stuff, you would probably be better off getting it done at a shop. Although you could use a tintable bed liner. You could probably buy the products for around 200 to do it. Or Upol makes a 2 part Raptor Bed liner in a spray can in black for 50 or under. I am...
