I drove the Fx4 and a 4x4 and could definitely fell a difference in the ride. It wasn't dramatic but it was enough for me to go ahead with the 4x2 with locker instead of the Fx2.
I have no off road requirements so it would have been based off looks and a sticker anyway. My other half is very...
And that is probably my main question is what is the ride quality difference in the 'off-road tuned suspension' and the regular 4x2 suspension.
Only way to determine that is drive an Fx4 and an 4x2 and try to figure it out I suppose
I don't have a need for fx4 and have gotten away without 4x4 for 20 years. I think the Fx4 looks great with sport (for my taste) and would think a rear locker would be more useful than open diff.
Why do we scrutinize this way. Arrrrgh. Perils of buying a vehicle once every 13 years
I'm struggling with if I should go with a 2020 Fx2 or a regular 4x2 with the rear locker option.
I don't think I have a real need for 4x4 as we really don't get that much snow in central Ohio but I like the idea of a rear locker as a compromise between the two.
The Fx4 sport is appealing to me...
My local dealer had this fleet XL without a bed on site and I took a closer look at it. What is this module on top of the gas tank?
Also a pic of the wiring for the tow package as well.
The spare rim looks pretty nice!
