It’s was cloudy when I took all my pictures (thanks Alaska spring) but as soon as it clears up I’ll be taking lots of pictures! Other guys on here have some nice photos of their cactus grey rangers, maybe check Chris’s Cactus Grey Overland Build Thread Chris’s Ranger
I just received my cactus grey 5G and mannnn does it look sweet and not show dirt! I’d go with cactus grey again in a heartbeat. That green looks neat too, but it bet it’s a pain to keep clean
I’ve had it for 3 days, and between driving to anchorage and back and moving from our old apartment to our new house I’ve got 980 miles on it already! :like: Here it is moving my wheeler and snowmachine
Also, I’ve got a Melipron bed rack ordered. It is adjustable and seems to be decent quality, and is under half of what the comparable Yakima setup is, so I’ll let y’all know how it works when it comes in.
Picked it up yesterday right before we made a 400 mile drive down to Anchorage! What a fantastic road-trip!! The stock FX4 suspension is not nearly as bad as I was expecting, and is honestly pretty great for our frost heavey, pot holey roads. It definitely has the most power of any vehicle I’ve...
It has arrived in Fairbanks AK!!!! I won’t be able to pick it up until Tuesday because I gotta be responsible and work on the last minute wedding items, but it’s here!!!!!!
I gotta say that you have to be one of the best granddads ever. Good on ya, and good on your grandson. I hope y’all spend many happy hours fiddling and modding :)
Yup, I’ve always had my winters on a set of steel rims too, but since this is gonna be the first really nice vehicle I’ve owned, I think I’m gonna get a prettier set of rims at Costco for my winters. We will see how the bank account’s doing when fall rolls around
