I watch for synthetic oil to go on special up here in Canada. works out to almost half price or 32 bucks for five litres. Of course the engine takse 5.7 litres so i always buy four jugs. I figure, what the hell right, twin turbo, stressed to the max 4 cylinder, -20 degrees winter mornings ...go...
I was working at a Ford dealership in 2006 as a shuttle driver, walking into the mechanics lunchroom the air was blue with screaming and shouting about the six page procedure they had to do before changing the plugs on a Ford Trition V8 ...Six Pages of prep work just to get the plugs out!!!!

auto makers need to do away with transmissions completly and replace with a generator that powers one motor on each wheel. just like a locomotive does, think of all the weight loss, transmission, differential, transfer case, drive shafts, c.v. joints and axles. theres got to be a better way
if only i had known about them, do they offer a five year warranty too? the trouble is, once i factor in canadian dollars, shipping and trying to collect on a warranty if anything went wrong, i wouldn't be saving any money up here

every time the dealership did this with my goodyear eagles, i would get peaks and valleys in the treads. After three sets of tires that they paid for i said enough is enough, stop rotating the effing tires that way. back to front and front to back only for me, no switching sides maybe it was...
