On one hand, orders are extremely backlogged (indicating a high demand) and factories can't keep up. On the other hand, Ford lost a couple of billion dollars in 2022. On the surface, you would think those two couldn't happen at the same time.
Obviously, there are problems that need to be...
It sounds interesting Doc! I looked over the web site but it's hard to judge what the agenda is. I'm a hair over 3 hours from Adel. Maybe we can get a few regional Ranger owners together.
I had no idea that place even existed. Looked it up and see it's in Adel. I've passed that so many times driving on I-75 but never knew it was there.
Are you planning to take your Ranger to T&T?
John,
Have a look at https://www.lbdesignworks.com/. You can reach out to Brendan Joyce [email protected] and ask him about how this holds up in the Florida sun.
This is the company I used to make my hood stripe. I'm in Georgia but my truck lives in the garage so I can't really...
While I do think it's relevant to know what the competition is doing, there seems to be an obsession on Ranger5G over the Tacoma. On the News page, there are 3 leading stories, one after the other, about it. It's seems a bit lopsided.
I'm not a fan of that ROW front bumper at all. From the side profile, it would be hard to tell it's a 2024 at first glance. You'd have to look at details.
The dealership service experience has taken a very serious downturn too. The people hired as service writers must really be hitting the bottom of the barrel at my local home-town Ford store. I went in for an oil change in my wife's Corsair. I had the audacity to ask for someone to look into...
I've read through this thread a few times now. On my last pass, after reading your comment Kristina, I just want to let you know that it's refreshing to get a point of view from someone living so far away yet shares the same passion over a vehicle as I do. It's what ties all of us together...
You've made the right decision. I'm looking forward to your return after some needed time off. I've been absent for a couple of months myself now mostly due to too much stuff going on that sitting down at my laptop for leisure just wasn't what I wanted to do.
Reading this thread reminds me...
Not only that but if I were to buy from them, I can brag to all my friends at the country club, while sipping Dom Perignon, how I paid $110 for something that mere commoners paid $15.99 for!
This thread inspired me to look at Amazon to see what they have. Look at this crazy deal... they even have the cojones to charge $9.99 extra for shipping!
