That's funny I just watched a video on Youtube last night about the Mojave trail, Looks like fun!! Ocotillo is a really cool place, Been there on my dirt bike a handful of times. I'd be up for a long weekend trip!

Also for everyone coming I should mention, Be VERY careful around blind turns and coming over the top of hills! Lots of dirt bikes/quads/side by sides that like to fly through the trails up there so just be on the look out! most riding are careful and safe but there is always that one idiot...

You got some good ones in there! Pronghorn has one obstacle (sandstone wall lots of youtube videos of it...) that you have to go up but doable in 4low. Freeman wash is fun too! Usually smooth higher speed. Rattler has some good hills, bonus is if you don't want to do the hills you can run...

they come on and off with the lights but when they are off during the day I cannot see the buttons with my sunglasses on...

I've done it a couple of times and couldn't figure out how I did it till I caught myself doing it. I always plug in my phone and toss it into the cubby by the USB outlet, While doing so I bumped my phone into the dial and it went right into 4x4. The 4x4 dial and the buttons right next to it...

Not sure where you are coming from but a easy spot to get snacks/ice/gas is the Pilot truck stop in Castaic just at the base of the grapevine (exit Parker rd)... The Walmart is a couple miles off the 5/126...

you got it! I only got the antenna because I originally ordered another CB that mounts to the truck but couldn’t find a place to mount it that I liked so I got the handheld and kept the antenna I already bought...
