I've looked into powder coating what we have, but then you have to bring the wheels in and that leaves the Ranger on blocks in my driveway, unacceptable. Not sure I want a do it yourself project...

I've looked at take offs, there are plenty to be had. The tricky part here is this is my wife's truck...and she doesn't like the stock Ford black wheels. Sooo...not finding aftermarket wheels with a 55 offset, so look at +35, seems the closest to a stock fit with a little variety in wheel choices.

Thanks, I've bought some black parts for a semi-black look. Black grill, side vents, mirror caps and working on wheels. So kind of a modified look, my Ranger is Cactus Gray, a very eye catching color.

Very helpful, thanks. So, if I understand this correctly, the stock wheels have a 55 offset, is that correct? And to replicate the look I would have to buy the same, 55 offset, correct again? Then if I went with a wheel, same tire, but a 30mm offset, the whole thing would stick out an inch more...

So, (Be patient with me here) the offset will determine how much the wheel/tire combo sticks out from under the fender? 55 would be flush, like from the factory, and 20, 30, 40 would make them stand out in varying degrees?

I just want it to look normal. So then I need wheels with a 55 offset?
