I just checked on Ford site and mine says Up To date also.

We never had HOAs in MA unless it was a condo but most areas in AZ have HOAs. Luckily the one I'm in now isn't all that bad and they're pretty lenient. I do like that you have to get approval for exterior paint colors and can't have a bunch of vehicles around so the neighborhood looks nice...
