There's a company in Regina that sell grille inserts, and mudflaps: Cloud-Rider I quite like the black mesh pattern on the grille inserts, and they offer them with a variety of options for block heaters / ACC or not.

So far I’m very impressed with my new SuperCab, it was great in a variety of snowy conditions.

I had a quick go at modelling, but would need a few more specific dimensions for it to be correct. Unfortunately I can only print in PLA on my printer.
