I got these for door sill protectors. From bushwacker. I wanted something a little more than a sticker, but also from the factory that'll fit my truck. It also has the bonus of some exterior protection.
That looks great. I don't know a lot about tire sizes, I'm in the process of learning more. Do the 265/70s work well with that sort of lift? Any rubbing ore the like? And I'm assuming those are the stock wheels, correct?

I just put on the weather tech bug deflector, and I'm pretty happy with it. Admittedly I don't know how well it will work, but I think it will do a good job protecting the hood.

A cheap bed cover, some good mats, window tinting, and mud guards all come to mind. You can get those things for various prices, and you can get expensive with them, but that's where I'd start.
Vinyl decals too, if thats your thing.
It might be overkill, but I went with a line-x and a bed mat. I don't have any sort of worry when hauling stuff in my truck. Between dropping things or scratches, I feel pretty set.
