I was lucky enough to get the new prototype from Rangergrille.com. It looks to be the same grille, but it already has the lights attached. I also snagged some of their orange letters. I must say that this is a very high quality product and it fits perfectly.
I bought and installed the Ford Performance License Plate frame. I used $35 worth of Fordpass points. It’s definitely not something that really enhances the look of my truck, but it is much better than the one that the dealership provided.

I think that they look a bit crooked as well. Part of it is because the truck is 3 inches lower on the front end. I think you are correct about the optical illusion. For whatever reason, it doesn’t seem to look as crooked when you are actually looking at it as opposed to seeing a picture of it...
Those are awesome. I’m not sure that I would be able to do that good of a job, though - especially with the wiring and all. It’s been a while since I read about it, but it sounds like the Stage 3s are good for novices like me.
I would definitely buy this grille if I could get the orange letters to match my saber Ranger. Does anybody know if the Stage 3 Raptor lights (3 light version) would fit on this grille?
These lower grille inserts caught my eye. Although I like all the mods that people have made, I don’t want to mess with adding more lighting in that space and possibly lose the adaptive cruise control. Has anyone installed this? I would like to see some installed pics...
