What's that mean if you received an email from Ford with a week of 1/3/22 build date and a VIN # but now, the vehicle order tracking page no longer recognizes the VIN?
Yep - put your info in and it works. The VIN and Order # that I received via a Ford email worked also until last week. Wonder what's up with it? Hope my order is not lost now.
Anyone else having issues with the Ford order tracking website? When I put my order # and VIN in, and click "Accept & Track" it just brings me back to the same page with nothing filled in for both fields. Seems like this started a week or so ago.
Oddly enough, it doesn't appear there. The only page that shows the confirmation is the link in the email where you can track the status of the truck. I'm assuming it may make to my Ford.com account at some point but not 100% sure on that.
Hang in there. I ordered mine on 9/28 and got a build date email from Ford on 10/28. If you go to another dealer, you'll lose whatever place you are currently holding in line.
