Its a Westin winch tray and a 12,000 lb Badlands winch. Had to modify the skid plate because when you remove the stock tow hooks you lose the mounting point for the front of the plate. I used a Riv nut on each side into the support arm of the tray and then drilled matching holes in the plate...

I came up with some wiring extensions and mounted my parking sensors below the winch tray, everything works perfectly now.
