This could be the issue: "SYNC 3 AppLink no longer supports Waze." https://www.ford.com/support/how-tos/sync/sync-3/how-do-i-set-up-waze-with-sync-3-applink/ So do I roll back my Waze version?- Erik

Waze no longer displays on Sync 3 screen in my 2019 Ranger
One of my suspicions is that an update of Waze caused the issue. I've rebooted the phone since the no-Waze problem started.- Erik
