Saw a Ranger this morning with lights outlinning the grill nostrils. Really caught my attention and looked sharp. Has anyone here ssen one? Has anyone lighted theirs? EDIT. Guess I should have looked, they are all over ebay.

There has been lots of confusion/discussion about this item. This combined with space, at least on my truck, turned me off and I really wanted one for my truck. My tailgate actually touches (just barely) my license plate cover and almost touches the bumper cover at the outside end.

I knew the fob could be cloned but didn't think about it.

Can any of the control modules be accessed via the on-board modem? Basically I am wondering the truck could be hacked via this modem. Thanks George

If you replace the battery yourself I doubt they will do anyting for you.

The headlight switch is at the left end of the dash so are you saying start on the edge that faces the door?

Gotten interested in pehaps using Forscan. I would be using a Windows 7 laptop. What cable/connector is recommended, one that will do the most. What version of the software will do the most? Are all versions free? Anything else a newbe needs to know? Thanks for all the input. George
