This might be another option for you. It's a front spoiler though.

Best bet would be to place the cab lights around the sides of the spoiler from what I can see. That part is pretty hollow. Perhaps one light in the top center of the spoiler. Tapping in through the third brake light would be your best option. From where the spoiler Mounts on top of the light...

I don't think there was much, if any space to run wires, but I can double check. Last I checked when I test fitted it, it sat pretty flush.
