  1. Tray Style Floor Liners?

These are my slightly modified WeatherTech floor trays...
  2. The Weekend Warrior

Hey Rock, I’ve got my crash bars cut and the intrusion beam relocation kit installed. I’m completely stuck now as I cannot get the driver side UCA bolt into the UCA bushings. There’s stuff in the way preventing the bolt from going back far enough so I can push it onto the UCA. I tried for an...
  3. Lightforce Switch Faschia

Where did you run your wiring from switches to battery and lights? Did you go thru the firewall into the engine bay? If so, where? On the Ford Raptor there was two ways to get into the engine bay.
  4. Tray Style Floor Liners?

Sadly I know they only come as a set, but I may have to bite the bullet to get the front ones... :crying:
  5. Tray Style Floor Liners?

I'm very disappointed in the WeatherTech mats! They are cheap feeling hard plastic, they move around a little when you step on them, and they don't lay flat against the floorboard in some areas. They also feel very hard on your feet because they are so thin and hard. I cannot believe they charge...
  6. The Weekend Warrior

A whole bunch of guys at The Texas Raptor Run a few years ago, started to notice large and uneven gaps on each side of their tailgates. Some tailgates wouldn’t stay closed, randomly popping open. Or some had trouble closing the tailgate. The immediate temporary solution was to run a ratchet...
  7. The Weekend Warrior

Thanks for the info! I installed my Icon shocks on my Raptor and nothing was straight forward. Drilling, grinding, and tapering were required front and rear. I installed several UCAs and tie-rods as well. I ran an RPG Stage 4+ setup (6 shocks, Fox bump stops, UCAs, Dual-Shock LCAs, tie-rods, RPG...
  8. Removing stick-on dealer badging

Every vehicle, job #1, remove the damn dealer sticker. In Las Vegas, I'd just leave it outside for a few hours and peel it off. Now I use my heat gun and warm it up in seconds, then peel it off without residue. Almost any paint-friendly cleaner will do if there's residue.
  9. The Weekend Warrior

Sorry for all the questions, but it’s very helpful to learn from those that have been there already. Does the Icon Stage 1 come with lift blocks for the rear? In your pics it looks like a block is installed under the springs. Did you install the front coil overs yourself? On my Raptor I was...
  10. The Weekend Warrior

Are you installing the Intrusion Beam relocation kit? My understanding is that the crash beams are important for safety. The relocation kit retains the safety functionality. Let us know how easy the install is. I read the instructions a few days ago.
  11. The Weekend Warrior

If this is what it takes to do the Wildtrak roof bars, I’m never going this route...
  12. The Weekend Warrior

Thanks Phil, I watched a video of an installer using something very similar to install a roof rack base on a Ranger. Here’s instructions for mounting one style of roof rack. https://www.kchilites.com/downloads/dl/file/id/374/product/1417/install_guide_kc_m_rack_onto_ford_ranger_supercrew.pdf
  13. The Weekend Warrior

I was going to post a message explaining the reality of the NA Ranger and the holes not being in the roof, but you figured it out. I’m guessing you can use self-tapping sheet metal screws, but not sure. On my Raptor I mounted a 50” Rigid LED with roof mount. It took me 7 hours. A light bar needs...
  14. Tray Style Floor Liners?

The factory floor trays in the Ford Raptor are built like no other I've seen. They were at least a 1/2" thick and weighed a ton. I had them for 7 years and they looked like new when I traded in my truck. My carpet floors under the mats look like the day I bought the truck. The Ford Ranger floor...
  15. Bushwacker Fender flares /bolt on look, no drilling.

Cool, thanks for the answer. I like the idea of the bumper extending out to match the flares. Their stuff is pricey, but they do have lots of options for the Ranger.
  16. Bushwacker Fender flares /bolt on look, no drilling.

Do they have the yellow reflectors on the front flares?
