  2. Heavy Duty's Front Hitch Build

I'd be interested in one if any are still around or another batch is made. Great idea!
  3. BDS rear shackle lift

Has this been a good modification long term?
  4. FOX 2.0 Stage 1 Suspension Package with 285/70R17 tires

I'm about to fit 285/70R17 on a 17x8.5" rim at 35mm offset with the Fox 2.0 level kit. That seems to be the sweet spot of stock-ish while providing solid gains. I'm assuming I may need to remove if not adjust my crash bars.
  5. ( 33”+ Tires, poor mpg. ) What tune are you running on your Ranger?

How are you calculating you MPG? With that big of a change, I'm almost thinking you are basing it on the old rolling diameter. If your odometer/speedometer is not recalibrated your vehicle thinks it's traveling less miles than it actually is because at the same speed your tires are rotating...
  6. Anyone running +35 offset wheels with 285s? 275s?

Something that seems to be missing in most of these discussions is that worst case for rubbing would likely be full shock compression with high steering angle input. The closer a rim is to the +55mm stock offset, the less likelyhood of rubbing, regardless of level kit or lift, as the lower...
  7. Burnkill's - RangerOne Build

What Tire size you running? Buying those same rims with 285/70R17 and trying to understand if I NEED to remove crash bars or simply loosen and retorque.
  8. What did you do WITH your Ranger today?

Drove around Davey Crockett National Forest and got stuck in a mud pit!
  9. 2022 Ford Performance Parts Performance Pack

All US vehicles include an EVAP system and Exhaust components to meet CARB requirements. I've only seen Motorcycles lately that create CALI specific models with other US models that dont include EVAP cannisters, etc.

  11. Rear seat removal. Just removed my rear 2020 Ford Range XLT seats, looking for storage/shelf ideas

I rigged up a real basic and non-optimized wooden shelf for a Moab trip last year. Bolted into the three small hooked mounts that were behind the rear seat and tensioned down with paracord to the center mount. I ended up cutting thin rubber mats to cover the base of the floor. Held up well...
  12. Looking to run 275/70/17's on factory Sport wheels without cutting crash bars...

You can air down, the flex and wider contact patch is only in the contact with the ground.
  13. Raptor grill, fox 2.0 suspension, black rhine wheels, 33 inch KO2 tires

Those rims and color combo look really good. I'd to do something similar but keep stock rims, so likely need 0.5" spacers. Can you help me understand the plastic you had to cut? Any pictures of the trimmings? Thanks
  14. J0shM1lls' Ranger Build Thread!

My front knuckles are black painted cast steel, are yours aluminum?
  15. Clunk from Rear End Turning Left

I had a similar clunk today after putting on my summer wheels set which is the Ranger Raptor rims. Turns out it was the inside pinch weights rubbing on the knuckle. Can't believe the tolerances were that close. I'm interested to see if the offset of this rim is different than the stickers.
  16. Super Crew rear seat removal

I whipped together a single level platform this weekend for an upcoming trip to Moab where the bed will be taken up by a moto and bicycle. Should have plenty of room for camp gear inside now! Pretty simple construction using 2x2 and 2x1's and wood screws. I used three support legs and two...
  17. Super Crew rear seat removal

Do you just live with the rear seatbelt fault message or did you find a way to remove it? I just removed my rear seats and seat belts but now every time I start the truck, I get a fault on the dash that I have to clear out and it sends me a text on my Ford sync phone account every time which is...
