East coast here. I'm retired so if it snows no biggie. I got plenty of food. And I heat and cook with gas. And I heat my shoe box of a house with a space heater.
My brother did it for me. He was 3 years 2 months 2 days older than me. And very jealous of me. But he had the misfortune of being born on Christmas Eve. No, we don't talk. Fact is I have outlived him. By 5 years.
I make them almost the same way as I would mashed potatoes. I do add a couple of potatoes and some carrots. not much though. The potato to thicken. and the carrot for color.
I'm 63, never married. So, no kids. Extended family is either dead or ignores me for one reason or another. So, it will my house mate the cat and maybe my younger brother. I'll spend the day cooking. Turkey, sausage stuffing, homemade cranberry sauce (yes, I make homemade) corn, mashed turnups...
My rears have over 70,000 on them. Fronts done around 60,000. Remember fronts do most of the work. I had over 100,000 on my 97's rears, but then again, they were drums. And I drive like an old man. That's right I am an old man.
As the owner of a base 2019 Ranger XL. with only 2 options. (Cruise control and tow package.) I don't have a CD player. I don't think one was offered. I did have one in my 2014 Fiesta S.
