Bottom 2 holes are 1/2" from the edge of the bracket. Top hole is 1 1/4" from the edge of the bracket. Bottom to top are 2 1/4", 7 1/2", 13 1/4" from the floor. The box takes up 9" of bed width, leaving 52". It's also really easy to remove.
