Do not blame you that is sickening , OCTOBER ! I am old school too but the little turbo beats my 66 hi po mustang or the old Z 28 I had ; I have been impressed by the newer tech .
Just a thought or question , is the Ranger's stance terrible ? I am old school in that the lower nose is appealing almost Hot Rod . Sure the factory shocks suck but an easy fix . Level trucks are more the norm but also boring . What are your thoughts ?
Always washed with buckets , use warm water in winter to save the hands . Since new the Ranger has coatings of Meguiars ceramics coating th e Saber skin . The goal is no swirl marks ever .,
As a 66 289 Stang owner I like it .. Love the shock factor , people would not believe what they are seeing , must be an expensive swap to do . Now that I think about it more a Ford crate motor is the easy way out compared to the turbo .
In my carrier days I knew of guys just driving the wrong way in their left hand drive vehicles . Of course only on rarely driven streets in small neighborhoods . Tried it once then chickened out and just walked the street .
Put Bilstein 4600 shocks on rear of my STX . These are replacement for factory junk shocks when you do not plan on lift . Same quality as the 5100s and available at Summit Racing $76 each . Really improved and steadied the ride made me happy .
I love red vehicles but every red car or truck from Ford owned by family members in the last 30 years had severe paint fade . Needless to say I will buy any other color . the other colors from Ford seem fine , but I still fear the RED Shades . I also was a former painter and when they switched...
Stock shocks were too weak in the rear of my 2wd STX s cab . When I did 90 degree turns with pedal to the metal I got dizzy or even slightly car sick in the turn .Wow I said WTF ! So put Billsteins on the rear they stopped the boat ride feeling and rear shake . Big improvement over factory shock .
