I've pretty much abandoned the Ford app in lieu of the Siri short cuts for my everyday tasks. That way I can Dick Tracy from my watch. The watch app was always flakey, the app always seemed to have logged me out when i tried to use it. I'd have to open my phone and log back in. Kinda...

True. But that's just displaying the time on your phone. I would think the system would be coded to sync the system time with the source. ah la NTP server that keeps computers n' junk all correctified. It's my vocation, so maybe I'm just overthinking it.

I would think sync 3 would be smart enough to set the time either via wifi or phone connection (CarPlay). Seems silly if it doesn't.

That should be it. The get credits is used by the token shortcut to generate an account specific token. Then that’s used by get vehicle status or the other feature shortcuts.

You can edit the Get FordPass Token short cut and add an action. Just have it read the Dictionary object as the very last step. If it throws an error, Siri will read it to you.

I'd double check your credentials. That map thing is a default location, which means you're not getting data back from the ford endpoint. I'd still guess that you're crapping out when trying to get a token

Yup. Click on the three lil' dots and and you can change it to whatever you want.

You need to add your fordpass user name, password and VIN to the ford pass settings shortcut. most of the features call get token, then Fordpass settings. and read the results. Sounds like you're not getting a valid api token.

Bummer of an experience. I've ordered several items from them, and it's been a totally pleasant experience. Aside from the COVID shipping delays.
