Haha, yeah. The middle rubber plug in the liner is what I used as a reason for them to add them. Said “there’s spots for them I. The liner, why aren’t they there?” Sales guy just said ok and ordered them for me. Even installed them. Maybe I just have a decent dealer?

Jraux, I believe you are correct but I think if the truck doesn’t have it it can’t be added just by getting the fob. I think there are parts missing or maybe it can be added with computer alterations? I’m not sure on that.

I looked at an XL that had just a key and was told it was not upgradeable. It’s part of the reason I ended up with the XLT.

The “made in China” thing is sort of a joke at this point, right? I bought my Ranger because it is manufactured by an American company. Have had several Fords , and will continue to, but to think there is no foreign made parts, especially with all the electronics, I’s laughable in this day and...

Picked mine up a couple weeks ago. Still loving the color with the sport package. Haven’t done any mods yet but they will come.

Got quotes from three closest dealers this week and all were $525 for standard and $650 for premium.
