That can't be that hard to fix....I prepped for a dodge dealer about 39 years ago and every car came in with the steering wheel off center, it was part of my job to check toe and center the wheel. Centering the wheel is just turn one adjuster in and the other out the same amount til the wheel...
Throttle body fixed it, the mech has the throttle body off right now. He found more water in the intake track then he likes to see and is letting it dry out. They took some pictures and submitted them to ford. It's likely a combination of things like me driving it rather easy the first 1,000...
Once all the codes were clear the truck would run but it still had fault, my chevy did something like this once just because it had a low battery. Once charged it ran fine.
***2/21/2019 Update*** Throttle Body was Replaced by Dealer, and Ranger was Released Back to Owner
Leaving on a trip this morning about 2 miles from home warning lights came on. The truck started running a little bit rough and would only idle very rough. Had it towed to the dealership.
