I had mine done on 12/26. they cut the harness, used meter. taped harness good and tight .tech said all was good but was required to cut and meter connections.shame but its done.ps two dats leter the red noticewas no longer my fordpass app!!

I got the same letter three weeks after trading mine in !! I had a 2002 with the frame coated it was more of a nightmare after the coating as I couldn't see it it was rusting or not!! I was super happy when I traded that one in on the 17 but even more happy not having to deal with the letter...

your are right about about a lot of muck for sure!but lets say ford in all their wisdom cheated and uses this muck to wash the valve ? (I am not even close to being a mechanic but the fuel amount they are catching is suspect no?)

is it going to the crank case or being ignited ?.if the catch cans job is to stop it from collecting on the back side of the intake valve its going to get burned no? is the catch can before or after the stock separator?

that crack clearly started at the bottom the dealer will fix. just sucks to have to go get it done.

I dont know about the chatter but mine shifted hard at times and held gears to long for the first say 500 miles !now over 6 k and its one of the best shifting vehicles I have driven .!!ps congrats on the new truck!!

I used two wheel drive Tacoma with the locker in past I though the locker engaged was worse the open dif !if given two much throttle both tires would break loose pushing truck sideways. snow tires and weight over rear axle worked best if no 4x4 !!

what octane are you using ? I have been using 92 but after reading I may go to 87 and save a few bucks.
