Yes the RR is expensive but it is really a great value when you look at the whole package. Do you really need it? Probably not but they make a great street truck and are capable of what no other stock Ranger is offroad. The MSRP on my 2025 RR was 15k more than the MSRP than my 2019 lariat fx4...
Congrats! Awesome truck. Ford really out did them selves with this truck. The motor and suspension is superb.
I highly recommend considering the pro cal tune. It really wakes it up.
Mine in my 2019 never failed but missed shifts and hard clunks. Never was happy or comfortable with it.
My 2025 RR 10r60 has been perfect. But then it has only been 1k miles. Hopefully it stays that way
Went from
ToStealth Raptor.
Also found out the hard way a my lowmax tri fold from my 2019 does not fit my 2025. Anyone near Springfield Va want an excellent condition trifold low max bed cover free?
My 2019 fx4 got 21 25 stock 19 23 2" lift on 32s
I only have 500 miles on my RR and getting 16.8 city. Resetting the computer and driving 60mph I can get 18mpg. Not great milage BUT it is way more fun! Especially after the pro cal tune.
Had I stayed off forums, yes....B U T🤪
Pro cal tune installed
MRBP axle backs ordered
Front tint scheduled for Wednesday
Then there is the 6 prewire accessory switches .........
At least the suspension is so good I have no plans for upgrades or better/ bigger tires.....yet
I had Eibach 2.0 front and rear that I upgraded on my 2019 fx4. Put about 52k miles on the them and they were superb. The fx4 were bouncy , severly braked drived and went in the trash. I got top dollar last week when I traded it in and the upgrade dampners probably helped that. Any of the...
Mine diffinitely went to diagnosis although I did not have catastrophic failure. My dealer did not do squat. I have a new service department that would have diagnosed and repaired it hopefully under warrantee it, but I was looking at monthor more and extended car rental beyond 10 days gives you...
First truck I ever bought with no intention of towing. Of course it has advanced cameras, trailer backup assist, factory brake controller and a plethora of other trailering tech goodness that I will never bother to learn.
I had 55000 reasons not to buy a RR until I tried the first one. I drove it🙀
I was offered under 4% by Ford on my recent purchase, but got 0% as I paid with my trade in and cash. There are some better deals on interest rates now than the last few years.
Pro Cal tune gets installed next Wednesday. I will post a 1000 mile review with pros and cons for the 2025 RR. There are some things I already miss from my 2019 There is a bit of learning curve with RR because it has so much tech and different settings.
I thought the same thing 2 years ago. Hopefully I have this truck 10 years but if not RR have great resale value. I paid 38k for my 2019 lariat 5k in mods and traded it for 25k. So 18k to drive a really nice trucks 7 years is not the worst financial loss . I plan on retiring in 18 months and my...
