I spent ten years in the Navy and another six years working for the Navy, also worked for Central Maine Power, and Saint-Gobain all pretty large companies and your right.

You ain't kidding, my first job after getting out of the service was a mailman and later I worked for the Navy as a civilian electrician. Government sucks at efficiency and cost saving.
1969 Mustang Mach 1 which my dad was the original owner and bought as a leftover in 1970 for $1700. That sat mostly because my mom didn't trust me in it so I had a 1978 Mustang II for most daily driving.
I got real carbon fiber on the center console and you can't hardly tell the difference. Some of those pieces are also aluminum not ABS. Still looks better then gray plastic.
