I ran a catch can on my 2019 Ranger pretty much since I bought it new, I emptied it every oil change interval (4k miles for me) and sometimes it had more oil/crap in it then other times, but it always had something. So it obviously makes its way into the intake manifold.

So since the Ford Performance tune is made to run more efficiently, which creates more power aswell, does it benefit MPG when you guys aren’t really mashing the throttle? Can anyone actually say it gets better mpg?

So with the Ford Performance tune, IF you guys are driving normal, are you guys getting better MPG too? I would love to cruise and get better mpg when I’m being easy on it, but when I smash it, have more power instantly. Is that at all possible?

It has 205/75-15 sized tire and it didn’t say it was limited to a certain speed.. but I am definitely no towing expert. But was just stating how much power the Ranger has. Definitely was impressed on how easy it handled that weight

Something I just picked up this weekend! A lot of people where giving me a hard time cause I got rid of my F150 and bought this Ranger then decided to tow for my first time ever lol But this handled it with such ease. Doing over 80 uphills was not even an issue

LKQ is a salvage yard. You have to get lucky and find a wrecked Ranger with the skid plate in good condition. And I bought it used though lkqonline.com I believe it is. it’s a very easy install. You will need the 4 bolts to install it tho.

I got the skid plate from lkq. And I bought the red tow hooks from steeda. You need the 4wd hooks cause that’s what the skid plate bolts up to in the front section. And the frame already has the bolt holes for the rear of the skid plate. The front bumper sensors I never touched at all. They...

when you get your oil changed and tires rotated at the dealer (works package) they check the brakes every time and should tell you how much life they have left.

The light looks alot more blue in the pic. but it looks pretty white with a slight blue tint, but i count be happier with it.

A good rule of thumb is to let the engine sit for atleast 15 mins. Let the oil drain back to the crankcase/pan and then take a reading with the dipstick.
