  1. Look at my Ranger parked next to stuff

Found Ranger buddy at Home Depot. Sabre make Hot Pepper look red.
  2. Adapting Gen 1 Sport Trac Bed extender

I was in the same boat when I was attaching D-rings in those holes. I did use M6x20 for my 19 ranger at least in the top one.
  3. DECKED System. Higher Tie Downs?

We put in the D rings. Had issues identifying bolt size, mainly due to bed liner over spray. Turned out better than expected. Top holes by cab used M8x20. Top holes on tailgate end, used M6x20. Painted with spray can bedliner. No rattles heard when driving.
  4. DECKED System. Higher Tie Downs?

Our First bed load after installing Decked. The tie hooks we bought (above) worked perfectly (though we only had 2 cause we forgot to pack the other 4 we bought). You can reach the oem hooks at the tailgate end fine too, which is what we did. The load did not move an inch for a 40 mile trip...
  5. Bed extenders

Here is our extender with the Decked system. It falls a bout 1-2 inches short. I may try making some additional holes for the pins to raise little, but would work for kayaks and most other things fine as is.
  6. Several threaded inserts/holes in my Ranger's box. How to use?

I'm interested in the ones at the cab end above the hooks. There are 2 on each side. Any one know what size these are for? Someone managed to move his tie down hook up to these but mentioned he had to widen them. Doesn't seem to match the hole width of the tie down.

  8. Stage 3's 2019-2020 Ranger DECKED System Review!

I was thinking of using flexseal tape to seal the edges. Not sure how sealing the top would be for water drain. I think maybe at least at the cab end where the gaps are bigger to prevent larger debris from getting under. Also the upper holes where you have your hooks did not match up with our...
  9. Bed extenders

https://www.amazon.com/gp/aw/d/B078S19RRQ?psc=1&ref=ppx_pop_mob_b_asin_title We got this for general versatility (2 kayaks, boards and other home dyi hauling). Got with getting Decked in mind since it raises, but fits plain bed perfectly. Will see if it stores well in decked. Not actually used...
  10. DECKED System. Higher Tie Downs?

And my wife made me put a felt tab on the metal clamp part underneath to prevent cutting into the rail with metal to metal. It actually is holding. I will post pics when I install decked. Hopefully we just keep them off until needed (guess we can store in the side cans), but not too awkward...
  11. DECKED System. Higher Tie Downs?

Got these in anticipation for Decked (Which I just ordered today). Got two to test. We usually don't have heavy loads, so should be sufficient for our needs. The whole thing is pretty substantial, and the weakest part is the actual bed rail of the truck.
  12. Ford Motor Credit Autopay Incentive

"When you enroll in and pay via automatic payments, you’ll receive a one-time $5.00 credit reflected on your next statement " Verizon Wireless gives me $10 a month discount for autopay, and I am no where near paying what we pay for the trucks for a cell phone. I think Ford could do better than...
  13. Tailgate step?

I dunno, the tailgate dampener almost got me with the T50 bit you needed. Luckily Wife had a T45 that worked in her socket set. Home Depot trips count towards install time in my book. Still bought a T50 last time I was at Home Depot just in case.
  14. Tailgate step?

Is the install easy? Wife wants one for hers.
  15. How To Install Tailgate Damper

I was lucky my wife's socket set had a T4.5 that worked. We got her a T50 at HomeDepot for 3 bucks later just in case.
  16. HOT PEPPER RED Ranger Club Thread

Weekend Updates: Installed TailGate Dampener (Get a T50 bit ready but 10 min install for DeeZee). Dash Letters (TVD Red-Orange) Exhaust Pipe Paint - 2000 degree high heat paint flat black (Bonus premium paint smok my wife made me, make me an offer): Bed Liner Chip Paint Repair (Douche Dude...
  17. Tailgate Letters

We got the gray to match the Sport Trim. I liked the beveled edge which made it pop some in the light even though it was a grey. Install was pretty easy, alot easier than the dash lettering.
  18. Grill letters

We got the Red grill letters and TVD Vinyl Red-Orange Dash letters. The red seems to match better than the Orange Red Vinyl to the Pepper Red color, but you are not looking at the outside with the Dash.
  19. Tie downs

Gonna give these a whirl. Got two to test. We usually don't have heavy loads, so should be sufficient for our needs. The whole thing is pretty substantial, and the weakest part is the actual bed rail of the truck.
  20. Look at my Ranger parked next to stuff

Found an old Ford at Home Depot.
