so what happens to the trailer tow button and sport mode after loading a performance tune? do they still change things or do they just not work anymore?

Thanks! I already have the Pioneer GM-D1004 amp and am just waiting for the 11ck no cut harness before I do the install. Definitely would prefer to use the low level instead of speaker level inputs/outputs.

So does the line level output use the speaker wires? or do you need some other type of adapter?
