Right, but they also didn’t state it shouldn’t be used for towing. Also per the FP this isn’t even a tune for off-roading. It is a “track” tune. So they weren’t exactly clear on what they were giving you.

Correct. I don’t need it to tow, but I like the extra power it gives for towing. They should have stated from the get go that the tune shouldn’t be used for towing.

(Update) They are supposedly passing this up to management. What they decide will set the precedent for if they are going to help us or screw us over. That’s if they even contact me back.
