I have the cloth interior and my rear armrest feels like it was sewn in place. But I will try the various fixes once I remove the waterproof seat cover that is currently installed (great for pets, wet stuff and children...)
I would have gone with Lightning Blue but I couldn't find one with the right options and packages. My wife's SUV is orange so that was out of the question. But I am very pleased with Magnetic. With the matching wheels it just looks gorgeous!
I bought my Ranger in October 2019 and just realized today there is no bezel around the ignition switch. I can easily move the switch with the key inserted. Odd. Can't believe this wasn't being addressed months later.
I just keep gloves and bungee cords under the seat. I do wish the floor was more flat with the rear bench seat up. However, I bought a waterproof pet cover for the bench seat that fits quite nicely. Now I can just throw my ski boots on the seat or anything else that is dirty, like my...
Any mods necessary? It's my impression that I can switch from the 65s to the 70s and there will be no issues, as long as the width is the same. Thanks.
This is a late response, but I can tell you that my bank will always issue credit for fraudulent transactions - even when a debit card is used. Debit cards have the same protection as credit cards if they have the Visa or Mastercard logo.
My wife's Murano has a hood that is as high as the new Ranger, but it also has front and side cameras. I LOVE those extra cameras. I thought I would buy the GMC Sierra but with only a backup camera I felt like I was parking a cruise ship. Granted, the Ranger does beep when I get too close to...
Installed the Ford neoprene front seat covers today. I left off the headrest covers because they were very tight and I'm not too worried about them getting dirty. The seat covers closely match my cloth seats. I'm not sure how this might affect my heated seats in terms of performance, but I will...
So I guess I'd better not mention the dealer-installed RTR package. Just $9,800!

Mine did not have a bed liner or splash guards. So I added those items. And of course Husky floor liners. I always install floor liners. So I'm between $500 and $1,000. I just recently bought the Ford seat covers after much debate, but still under a grand.
I could be wrong, but it has always been my experience that you have to get warranty repairs done by the dealer who sold you the vehicle. Other dealers simply refuse to get involved. I don't know why and it certainly doesn't make any sense. But that's what typically happens to me.
I tested adaptive cruise control vs. human cruise control on a 300-mile trip (each way) recently. The human got 27 mpg vs. 21 for the computer. But I agree, it's not as much the computer as other vehicles - especially trucks - causing a lot of braking and acceleration.
I just finished installing the WeatherTech splash guards. They look nice and offer good protection. The rear ones go on in a few minutes but the fronts are more like two beers and a lot of time staring at the bottom of the truck <g>.
I'm on the fence regarding this feature. But disabling it is easy and has become a regular routine. I am actually a little annoyed that the XLT does not have a push button start. These days you just expect it. My wife's 2015 Murano has it. And I like being able to leave my key in my pocket when...
Uconnect is really nice. FCA hit a home run there. I had a 200c until trading it in for the Ranger and I was always impressed by its ease of use and function.
