Taking the ATV back to the dealer for service. First time towing. Two mountain passes. Stopped often to check connections and straps. 2hrs and 25 min. one way, quiet trip. Not sure how much the Ranger pulled as it was a borrowed trailer. Very satisfied with the Ranger.

Perhaps you have done this. In your state, it might be different. I live in WA state. And you can file a complaint with the state Commissioner's Office via their website. Even if Ford is out of state they will investigate and tell you what you can do and what the state can do. Best wishes.

A couple of weeks ago I took the Ranger for the first pulling a trailer ride. 175 miles one way, two mountain passes. No problem. It was a comfortable trip. :)
