Almost looks like glue vapors like from crazy glue.

That was me... if it’s real cold. I leave auto off. Got the right combo. Raise temp to 76 or so, redirect to defrost if you are in a hurry or redirect which vents you want and turn fan higher. Works. Then you can lower it if needed or put it back to auto. OR, if you have remote start, start it...
