I know it's not much bigger, but if I went from a 265/60R18 to a 265/65R18, do you think that would cause any issues?

About to have to get new tires and was wanting to size up but I also don't want to have do any modifications. What size is recommended? I have a 2021 STX with stock 265/60R18. I also want to put them on my stock wheels. I did the ole ChatGPT prompt and it said I could do 275/65R18 without mods...
