Actually, he was expecting that it COULD happen, and thankfully was wearing the appropriate PPE for the job. Glad he wasn't hurt!

The one that pulled the panel is lucky to be alive... So far.

And it's on video. They'll both be fired along with a few supervisors. However, it doesn't look like an American company.
