I have a pair of Better Built Pop-Up Tie Down Anchors for freebie.
New, never mounted, but out of packaging. No instructions, but pretty much self-explanatory as to mounting....or you can google them up for instructions.
These are for trucks with stake pockets, so not for our Rangers......but if you have a pick-em-up with pockets, they'll fit. Made from stainless steel, with the rubber gaskets.
Been sitting on my catch-all shelf for a looooong time...
Free if you can use them.......I'll even ship em to you on my dime.
