Basically brand new, came off the truck with like 2,000 miles on them. Located in Texas so no salt or rust. Will include hardware. Will wash them and get them all nice and shiny for new owner. Willing to send whatever photos you want. Located in Houston area, will drive within reason to sell. New these are $600+.
