Wheel/tire combo for lowered 2019

I purchased the Belltech 2-4 lowering kit and am about to install it next week. After i get that done its onto the wheels and tires and I am absolutely terrible with figuring out sizes that will work and have spent way to much in the past trying to figure it out. My idea was to get a 18 inch wheel and tire combo that ended up being around 29 inches tall when all said and done (trying to get another inch lower from decreasing the sidewalls). The issue I'm running into is figuring out what wheels will actually fit while going wider if possible. I'm not looking for anything crazy and I don't want the wheels and tires sticking out of the fenders either(might have to get flares later on).... Overall I'm trying to build a fun to drive truck that I can still tow a track car with when needed. Never used forms so bare with me if something isn't right or I take a second to get back to y'all.
