Brand new in box. I bought before realizing I’d have to permanently remove my skid plate to install it. Throtl charges a 25% restocking fee and I would have to pay return shipping. So it makes more sense to sell at a discount. I'm in Southern ME, and would be willing to meet as far as Northern MA or mostly anywhere in Southern NH. I have posted a stock photo of the item along with my actual item, as I don't want to unbox it just to take a photo.
