Speedometer Recalibration

Hi all,

Wondering if anyone nearby (NJ/PA/DE area) has a speedometer calibration tool (RC, Hypertech, etc) they would be willing to lend to me for a small fee? I am changing tire sizes and cannot bring myself to spend the $260 for a single use item.

I would say ForScan is a much cheaper option - but I also keep seeing codes from the control module when people use it to make the adjustment.
