Searching for Charge Pipe Retainer Clips

Rebuilding a salvage Ranger and have somehow misplaced the two intercooler hoses/pipes over the year the thing was at the body shop. Bought a used set but they came without the retainer clips for the intercooler connections.

I can't find these clips separately anywhere online or on Ford parts diagrams. They appear to be available only with the OEM hoses. Even the aftermarket performance sets don't appear to come with the clips. Thanks.
