May I ask why you're selling?
I've been hesitant, in general, about any remote tuning... but you got my attention.
Especially if it's for a 2019 Model.

Is this still available? If so what tunes are on it? Very interested. If the proper tunes arent on it will SCT be able to sell me tunes for my octane levels here in California?

FWIW, every SCT tuner contains every tune for every vehicle they support. I have a SCT X4 tuner that has been sitting on the shelf since my 15 Mustang was totaled in 17. When I got it out to use on the Ranger I plugged it in to update and it downloaded over 4000 tunes files to the device and updated the firm wear (presumably to support newer vehicle ECUs).
When you tune with canned SCT tunes they ask you what octane you are using and depending on vehicle there are other options to select.
The other option is to go to a professional tuner and buy a custom tune for your Ranger. I went that route with my Ranger and got an 87 Octane Performance tune from Unleashed and had him customize the tranny tuning to a shift schedule that was to my liking.
