The grill will mount no problem in place of the lariat grille, the lighting is just bare wire so it is up to the installer to connect to their desired power source.

One other question, it does not state what material it is made of, but it says it has a black powdercoat finish, so I assume it is metal?

I see that now, that is a missprint on the website, it is abs plastic, (black plastic) like the factory grille or raptor grille.

Ill have the web guys fix that.
