Multiple Numbers when makeing Calls

A couple of days ago something started happening when I make calls.
Certain contacts have 2 numbers and example is
(305) 555-1212
+1-305-555-1212
So when for example I say "Call Mark"
I comes back and says "multiple #'s for that contact and shows
(305) 555-1212
+1-305-555-1212
This never happened before.
If i look at the google contact it shows
(305) 555-1212
If I go to edit the contact it shows.
+1-305-555-1212
I cant seem to fix it.

Try saying call Mark on cell. Or "at home" etc.

Did that "Hay Google Call Mark" and it calls the (305) 555-1212,
Only happens when the phone is connected to the vehicle.
