For Sale is a Mishimoto Deep Trans Pan, MMTP-RGR-19 and a Ford Trans Filter, FT-202....both for the Ford 10R80 Tranny.
Both are brand new, never installed.
I bought both to do a swap to the deeper trans pan (holds 2 xtra quarts) as I tow a heavy trailer. But I learned that installing would void the warranty on the trans should I have problems at a later date. As I have the extended Ford warranty I do not want to risk having a claim denied should/if I have problems in the future.
If your Ranger is out of warranty, or you just want to install and take a chance then this is for you.
Pan runs around $325 and filter runs around $64...both depending on where you but.
Selling both for $275.00 and that will also include shipping to the lower 48 states.

That’s why I have my oem plastic pan to put back on before taking it in.
less chance of failure with filter, pan, and fluid change & upgrade.

A possible extra tow bill, but not likely.

Yes, that may be a way around it, but we're on the road a lot, towing, and I don't want to chance a problem happening on the road where it is impossible to switch.
The Ford Master Tech stated if under warranty, the xtra large capacity pan would void it as it allows more fluid than Ford recommends, and could therefor "overfill" the tranny....even considering it holds 2 xtra quarts.
I can see their point, and just don't want to have a problem.
This in no way prevents someone installing it on an out of warranty Ranger, or an owner who, as you, would change it back to OE.
If I didn't have the Ford extended ESP, I would have installed it on mine.
