Used no idea on mileage I sold my truck with 7400 miles on it, but I havent used this filter in a a long time. Retail $75 selling $40, You pay shipping and paypal fee

This actually costs $55 new, not $75. I know because I bought a second one to rotate with the one I got with my tune. I wouldn't recommend offering the $20 the seller states they want. In return you will get a lecture on how cheap you are.
